Description
1. Issue Description
a. Refer to the NADM01 (NAD Maintenance Report) & NADM02 (NAD Maintenance File), the value for ACCOUNT NAME is “Account Name”. In fact, the data in Platform Manager (Refer to screenshot in attached file), the value should be “JEAN CHANEL 14”.
b. Advance Search – Not sure From Date & To Date should refer to Report Date or Generated Date?
- If search by select From date = 23/5/2018 & To date = 23/5/2018 – No record found
- If search by select From date = 24/5/2018 & To date = 24/5/2018 – No record found
- If search by select From date = 23/5/2018 & To date = 24/5/2018 – Record found
As mentioned as above scenario, if searching by specified date, there is no record found. It will only display if search by range. Besides, the from Date should specified clearly either Report Date or Generated Date.
c. Refer to the FSD, 3.4.11 NADM02 NAD Maintenance File, the length for COMPLETION DATE is PIC X(10). But the example showed “yyyyMMddHHmmss e.g. 20180115100321”, which is exceeded PIC X(10).

- Go to PARTICIPANT > Participant Report
- Search by Report Name = “NADM”

a) Field for Account Name data mapping provided by Ming Kit, please ask Ming Kit update the data mapping in document if display value incorrect.
b) Advance search issue had been fixed.
c) Completion date is follow the date format in sample report provided by Ming Kit, if require to do changes please add in the date format in document.

Tested Item A & Item B, result OK. Noted on Item C.
In addition, to consider to sync with RPP core module, to use *** for masking , instead of XXX.
