Description
1. Issue Description
There is missing value for 'Settlement Cycle' for SAF Exception Report (SER01)
2. Expected Results
Settlement Cycle value should be included in the Report Header and Body

5. Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as maker04@admin.my
2. Go to Admin>Admin Report
3. Generate report based on the following criteria :
- Report name = SER01
- Participant Id = MBBEMYKL
- From Date = 21/05/2018
- To Date = 24/05/2018
4. Verify the report body against FSD for Participant - missing of Settlement Cycle
5. Verify the report header against FSD BO - missing of Settlement Cycle

"28/5/2018 [Onn] - According to Layout Report v0.6 document provided by ming kit at 24 May, the settlement cycle not require for this report.
"
