Description
1. Issue Description
When user enter New Password = Username, system did not prompt any error message. It displayed 'Enter your password'
2. Expected Result
System prompt "Password cannot be the same as the Username."
3. Risk / Impact
User confusion
4. Steps To Reproduce
1. Click password reset e-mail link

2. Enter Password = Username
e.g. Username = effiechecker@paynet.my; Password = effiechecker@paynet.my

28/5/2018 [Onn] - When Confirm Password didn't input, system will prompt the error "Please enter your confirm password" before validate the password is same as username or not. Able to display error message "New Password Cannot be as Similar as Username" after confirm password match with password.
