Description
1. Issue Description
Old Password is not able to be used after 4 generation of history (as set in SIT)
2. Expected Results
System should allow user to reuse old password after x generation of history (as per setting in Admin

5.Steps To Reproduce
1. Open link reset password
2. Enter password = <reuse password 1>
3. System prompt "Your new password has previously been used."

Password 2 = P@ssw0rd@

Password 4 = P@ssw0rd$
Password 5 = P@ssw0rdd
Password 6 = P@ssw0rds

Please refer below for the root cause and resolution, please test again.
Root Cause : Value to check password generation difference with value settings in password config maintenance.
Resolution : Change the values settings in password config maintenance same with the check password generation.
