Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
Customer has perform IBG transaction date 7/6/2018 amount of RM3,960.74,
After initiator initiate the payment approver unable to view the transaction to approver.
In Corus system also transaction is missing.
Attach with the transaction slip that provided by customer.

Rejected transaction is new transaction by user. Based given information. The reported transaction is not inserted to database. We also found several error on cannot insert to database near reported transaction time. We still need other missing log to further investigate. Please provide us nohup.out (kfhib03 - 04) that contain transaction 10 - 11 am 07-06-201

*Root Cause:* Found there is a class files updated on bv_framework2 and bv_framework3 but not in bv_framework0 and bv_framework1. The class files is " \bv_framework2\kfh_bib.war\WEB-INF\classes\ my\com\kfhbib\enterprise\services\bib104_fundtransfer\interbank\IBInterbankAccountLengthServices.class". Due to inconsistent of 4 instances, will cause abnormal behavior happen to the application. For further investigation, i will bring back the all kfh_bib instances to check. The intermittent problem happened also may cause by bv server not stable. *Solution:* Compare the all the files of these 4 instances, make it consistence for all instances. Restart BV, will continue monitor after restart.
