Issue caused there is some data not complete when create this user. We not sure what is the cause of this since the user created in 2014.
2 option gave to maybank:
1. Create the new user (we recommend this one for safety reason)
2. Run the query to update the table. (Query will be adding new column not editing some data)

Thank you for the explanation. We will create new user for the impacted customer as per option 1.
