Description
1. Issue Description: Not allow to special character to be used in participant id field eg; @.
2. Expected Results: should accept "@".
3. Risk / Impact: Incorrect validation.
4. Steps To Reproduce:
Participants > Participant Maintenance > Create > insert data in participant field.
