Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
IBG Bulk Payment performed on 26/06/2018 amount of RM 3,660.01 & 27/06/2018 amount of RM1,582.30 with status “Accepted”
However the said fund not credited to customer’s account
They had redo the IBG transaction thru Bulk payment on 29 June 2018 but the result still same (the fund not credited to customer’s account )
1- RM3,660.01 - IBG performed on 26/06/2018 and redo on 29 June 2018 (All transaction status is Accepted)
2- RM1582.30 - IBG performed on 27/06/2018 and redo on 29 June 2018 (All transaction status is Accepted)
3- RM5,623.35 - IBG performed on 29/06/2018 – ( 1 IBG payment’ status is Successful due to Beneficiary Bank is KFHMB, and the rest payment’s status is Accepted)
PFA for the above reference
Since customer have a huge transaction pending to perform so please assist ASAP pls

For the temporary solution, you need to execute first to allow other customer able to perform bulk ibg, because this transaction record will affect others customer that perform bulk ibg also.

Customer re-initiated the bulk payment with the new date and it was successful. Penril team to work on permanent fix to have exception handling during non generation of sequence number.
