The above customer complained that she is unable to reset security answer for her KFH Online even though we had advised and guided her
use different internet browser and clear the browsing data but the problem still persist.
Appreciate your assistance to look into this urgently. Thanks

Customer had retried and able to reset her security answer in KFH online.
