From our investigation. Transaction data is not insert to database due server not stable and we do not find any error related to database. Our suggestion is restart server twice per week to prevent this issue.

The root cause is still not identified, the below solution provided by the team is a workaround.
We would like to keep the request open for further investigation till we restart server twice per week and closely monitor for the next occurrence of similar issue.
