Hi,
Kindly attend below request.
We have noticed that our customers (CMS Labuan) as below HP numbers were failed to receive SMS pins.
85261720286 (HONG KONG)
491625705014 (Germany)
We have also tested through our own local HP number but the issue remains same as failed to receive SMS pin.
Verified that we generted SMS mesages/PINS successfully but got stuck in IB and failed to push to Micro Kiosk
It’s very much high priority issue so highly appreciate if you please help to do the necessary ASAP

Based our investigation. We suspect SMSNotification_L lag starting 11/07/2018 5 pm - 12/07/2018. Our suggestion to monitor SMSNotification by check on sms service and view the log.

Hi Penril Team, We want to know the actual root cause of the issue and its needs to be get fixed permanently which can be the preventive mechanism of right approach to avoid similar issues in future

We unable to determine why is SMSNotification_L is lag. No error/notification write on log because system is lag.
Issue closed in SCP.
