Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
Client unable to login due to error ( invalid username or password or Org ID) .
We have activate the user twice however user still unable to login.
CMS Support have checked and found that CAS is returning error code 1 to CMS2 for user login request. Please assist to check from CAS on this.
