Hi,
Kindly attend below request:

We need your help to check on above issue where some of the transactions that send for processing got rejected due to time out issue.
Its seem if the response not received within 2 sec, the system rejected it as Timeout.

Replied to client to check with their system iCustody. The timeout error happened in 2 seconds because iCustody respond null immediately and this happen only during iCustody slow network.

Replied to customer.
The issue occurred because of slow network and customer asked to increased timeout time when communicating with iCustody because the communication was immediately responded with failure status.

However, the timeout already set to 2 minutes and the issue is from iCustody which unable to follow the timeout given.
