Please help to refer the production server logs on the following path
\\10.20.8.35\Internet Banking\IB_Issues_and_Logs\02&03082018_ib_logs.
Please find the root cause of the above issue and revert back with permanent solution of the same.

From our investigation, We found error code 01 from power card.
Issue closed in SCP.
