Hi,
Kindly attend below request.
Please help to investigate on customer's complaints as they are unable to Approve IBG trnasactions. When approved, the status remain Pending Approval and the transactions still can be viewed from the Approval Tray.
Internal customer has tried both instance but the result is still the same.
Below are the details:
From account No = 001105017988
To account No = 564098501763
Amount = RM52000 , RM49200 , RM45500
Date = 07/08/2018
Approve Time = 5.46 PM (for transaction amounting RM52000)
Logs have been placed at below path:
\\10.20.8.35\Internet Banking\IB_Issues_and_Logs\07082018_DR
Kindly investigate and revert.

From out investigation. We found BIB system unable to insert/update data to database and not error found on log. We suspect bib system unstable on that time.
