New Patches is ready to deploy to Staging server. Please get the patches from below path. FYI- this patches will replace old patches for issue 3838 new patches //10.20.8.35/internet banking/20180816_4642_invalid_tac old patches //10.20.8.35/internet banking/20170519_3838_tac_log

1) Tac unable to update table due inconsistent server at that time. 2) For old fixes we adding new logger handler. For new fixes, we use sql to replace hql in method to insert or update TAC table. 3) Since we cannot produce same error as production.We simulate this error by update table manually after request TAC for transaction. Then proceed transaction.
