I have fixed and replied the SCP email:

Dear Bella,

Current problem: START_ROLLING_NUMBER_FD becomes 5 digits when it reached beyond 9999 and START_ACCOUNT_NUMBER_FD becomes 6 digits when it reached beyond 99999.

The fixes is ready as per attached. As per your verbal request on 21/8/18, the solution is to roll back:
START_ROLLING_NUMBER_FD to 0 when it reached 9999,
START_ACCOUNT_NUMBER_FD to 0 when it reached 99999.
This will give another around 90,000 new TD number. Pleas confirm if this is the solution you are looking for.

This fixes is branched out from existing production. Last changes was M2U v2.17 (CR 180010 - FCR to JPY), deployed to prod on 22nd June 2018. Also as per your request, this branch is not merged with any other production bug fixes / enhancement.
