Please attend this case
We have problem in user linking. User ID CHIAYUCHAU can't switch to Maybank SG. We already checked the status on database RCAS and the result is Deleted. How to reactive user linking for user CHIAYUCHAU?

I have attended the issues and replied the email:
Dear Andry, As spoken; The deleted status in G_STATUS inside TB_AM_USER_GLOBAL table means the user is no longer linked. However, as per checked, the user status inside TB_AM_USER is Active. Seems there is nothing wrong with this. In order to perform successful linking, 2 database must synced (either waiting the user linking batch runs or invoke it manually via browser). However, as per conversation, business user has tried to remove the user and re-perform user linking. Kindly let us know if the issue still persists. Thank you.
