Kindly attend below request:

Contact center team had failed to perform activation via BVMC after customer has successfully registered KFH Online.Both registered ID failed to be activated.

Error occurs in BVMC as follow.

Error descriptions:

The above customer called to activate his KFHOnline service. Under normal circumstances, it will be activated via BVMC system whereby there is an

'Account Status' field with various options available in drop down button such as Normal,Lock,Unlock,TAC Unlock, TAC Lock and Unactivated.

In this instances, we will proceed to choose 'Normal' and click on Save button to activate. However, for the above customer, we viewed but Account Status field does not appear.


Please kindly treat this incident as priority and kindly do the necessary ASAP by today..Thanks
