I replied Pak Liebi as follows:

Dear Pak Liebi,

As spoken, the error happens because there is no sub account data at host: 
ACTION CODE              : 999
ERROR MESSAGE                 : Invalid Sub Account Code: BII01185000187

Need to check with host why the sub account code is not available in their system.

As inform by you just now, the user is already able to get share availability details by keying in the client code.

However, inside Share Availability screen, when user is doing search by “Client Name”, the system will perform autocomplete by inquiring from CUSTODY_ACCOUNT table. Several suspects:

1. Empty record of client name “Muamalat”.
You can try perform this query select * from custody _account where client_name like ‘%muamala%’.
Or search the client name under organization menu in Custody Admin.

2. Java script is turned off in user’s browser, so unable to call the search function.

On 13th September 2018, we found the root cause of missing PT. Bank Muamalat inside Share Availibility search function. Explanation as per my email to Pak Liebi on 14th September 2018:

Sesuai investigasi bersama kemarin, untuk Share Availibilty tidak ada PT. Bank Muamalat karena:
1. File CSV kolom branch code ada data yang melebihi 50 karakter di baris 139,
2. File CSV baris 139 memiliki dobel data branch code. Sehingga terjadi exception saat save record ke database. Seharusnya ada 4000 record, tapi yang terinsert hanya 138.

Solusi:
1. Memperbaiki CSV file dari sisi host,
2. Memanjangkan kolom branch_code di table custody_account,
3. Jalankan kembali kedua scheduler untuk tarik CSV dari host dan update data ke tabel custody_account.
