According to Latipah, this affected on KFHMB.WAR at one instance only:BV_FRAMEWORK1
Interim solution:
1) Since restarting the instance it not resolving the issue, hence need to copy the KFHMB.WAR from other instances
to this instance.
2) Remove BV_FRAMEWORK1 from load balancer on web servers, so it will not forward to end users.

KFHMB at App1 (kfhib03) instance 7310 is not accessible and was reported on 07/Jun/2010.

  • Have tried to restart the instance but problem still persist - 07/06/2010.
  • KFH's Redza has requested to bring down the instance until problem is solved - 08/06/2010.
  • Hazri did not configure the WebServer because require to restart server - 08/06/2010.
  • KFH's Redza has requested for incident report for this issue.
  • Root cause is still under investigation.
  • BV_SYSTEM log shown error due to "invalid compound key" which issue will be raised to BV support for investigation.

7/6/2010 - Restart instance bv_framework1 to redeploy KFHMB. Did not clear cache. Problem still persists.
8/6/2010 - Clears cache files at server and restart instance bv_framework1. Clears internet browser's cache when testing/accessing the site. Problem solved.
