Mohon semakan dimana pelanggan cuba untuk membuat first time login sebagai approver tetapi apabila pelanggan cuba masukkan second activation code
keluar error message Invalid OTP number dan error message : SERVICE CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE.
Pelanggan telah menggunakan browser Mozzila dan Chrome dan bantu pelanggan untuk clear cache tetapi error tetap sama.

Issue cause by Windows server getting maximum connection . and the SM sent us response 24, possible default error code
