Some of our contact centre team (Not all) has been stuck (Since yesterday) with below popup notification when they do unlock the KFH Non Resident customers online account
Please help to investigate and do the necessary promptly..Thanks

From our investigation. we suspect javascript for some browser at contact center is disable.
this why some contact center user able update customer with country more than 20 character.
Please make sure javascript from browser is enable.
