Kindly attend below request:
Customer details:
Name : HO ** **NG
NRIC : 630902075877
Mobile Number : 60192708523
The above customer unable to delete his e-Standing instruction from his KFH Online account. The “radio button” in greyscale color which customer cannot select the transaction to delete. Based on our system the transaction date for SI Ref No. 0004725615 is created on 3/10/2018 and the transaction date is on 18/10/2018, but customer mention from his KFH Online screen transaction the transaction date until next following week, which is on 26/10/2018.
Customer request to delete this SI immediately, since he doesn’t want to be charged for the fee for the next transaction.
Kindly seek your advice on this matter immediately Please..Thanks

Hi Alen.
We notice from data at table ib_si . The 'delete_indicator' column already update to '0'. This mean this transaction is deleted from si execute list.
Issue closed in SCP.
