Please help to check on IBFT issue having "Pending" status, however account has been debited and credited to Bene.
Kindly check on the issue and let us know whats need to be done to change the status to "Succesful" and to enable the print receipt of the transaction.

Txn Datetime = 28-NOV-2018 16:56:18

We suspect the root cause is due to JMS Connection error (used to send email). The error shown is Client is not connected. This error happens from 28/11/2018 4:30 to 29/11/2018 12:09 (log file ended).

Please execute sql below to update status and enable receipt schema bvuserprd update ib_transaction_history set status='Successful' , receipt_indi='0' where trnx_id='201811280004939152'; update ib_ibft_transfer set status='Successful' where trnx_id='201811280004939152';
