Kindly attend below request:
Please help to check there is one IBG transaction which already processed, but is not found in the BVUSERPRD schema. However, the record inserted to IBG schema and the payment went through.
Customer informed that the session autolog out and no record found in the KFHOnline transaction history. He requested the receipt as proof of payment to the benefiaciary.
Below are the details:
Transaction date / time = 30/11/2018 @ 11:11 AM
Amount = RM290
From acct no = 001102043831
To acct no = 514422353772

From out investigation. We found IB system unable to insert/update data to database and not error found on log. We suspect IB system unstable on that time. Due no transaction data at schema bvuserprd, the IB system unable to provide receipt to user.
