TC 2.2.3 Enter Invalid character to CIS & Account Number fields - Include Individual Error Messages

Description

Change: Include individual Error Messages.

Step to Reproduce:
1. Go to Login > IBAM Home > CBE > CDB Application > Create
2. Input ABC123 at the Search By Field
3. Click on the "Search" button.

Current Result:
System displays "Search By is not numeric" for both CIS and Account Number.

Expected Result:
System displays "Account Number is not valid" for account number

and

System displays "CIS is not valid" for CIS.

Testing Result: The issue has been resolved.
