1. Bugs: Clear button at Advance Search not functioning well

Scenario 1

Path: After Create Group go to > IBAM > Home > BBE > Audit Trail

Step to Reproduce:
At Advance Search, enter:
1. Enter User Name or / and
2. Select Status or / and
3. Select Date From or / and
4. Select Date To or / and
5. Enter Activity ID or / and
6. Select Activity or / and
7. Click Clear button

Current Result:
System display the previous entered value

Expected result:
Clear button should clear all entered fields

Scenario 2

Path: After Create Group go to > IBAM > Home > BBE > Audit Trail

Step to Reproduce:
At Advance Search, enter:
1. Enter User Name or / and
2. Select Status or / and
3. Select Date From or / and
4. Select Date To or / and
5. Enter Activity ID or / and
6. Select Activity or / and
6. Click Search button
7. Go back to Advance Search function and click on Clear button

Current Result:
Clear button does not clear all the entered fields when perform above scenario

Expected result:
Clear button should clear all entered fields

2. Bugs: Date To able to select on date less than date entered at Date From

Path: After Create Group go to > IBAM > Home > BBE > Audit Trail

Step to Reproduce:
At Advance Search, enter:
1. Select Date From (07/12/18)
2. Select Date To (06/12/18)

Current Result:
Date To able to select on date less than date entered at Date From

Expected result:
Date less than Date From should be default and unable to select

3. Change:
1. At Advance Search, change Activity -> Activity Name
2. At Search Result table list, change Category Name -> Activity Name

Path: After Create Group go to > IBAM > Home > BBE > Audit Trail

Current Result:
There is two field contain two same value:
- Activity
- Category Name

Expected result:
To standardize the field name
