Description

Change: Fix "Proceed to Login" button

Step to Reproduce:
1. Login and wait for session to be expired.
2. Click on the "Proceed to Login" button.

Current Result:
"Proceed to Login" button is not functioning.

Expected Result:
Once "Proceed to Login" button is clicked, System will display the login page
