Description
Client found JDBC connection issue, applying relevant patches to resolve this.
Bugs ID :8925032 (Fixed on 10.3.2), 9056232 (Fixed on 10.3.3)
When using one-way Web services, sockets can linger in a CLOSE_WAIT status until they are eventually cleaned up by the garbage collector. Note: After implementing this fix, connections will be closed upon status code 202 for one-way Web service invocation, thereby preventing this issue from occurring.
