Description
Change: Allow the field to accept 64 Alphanumeric Characters
Step to Reproduce:
1. Go to Login > CBE > Organization Setup > Account Management > Edit User Details
2. Enter value at the Tel No field then remove it
Current Result:
System validates the value in the field once you remove the value.
Expected Result:
System will not validate the value inside the fields as long as the user does not click on the "Next" button.
