Kindly attend below request:
System: RCAS Pin Mailer
Issue: ‘Reset By’ field was showing not the correct value which is showing the customer’s user ID instead of showing BBO/CFO User ID who reset the password.
However, item which was reset via RCAS, the value is correct.
