Change: Include KWSP under Approval Matrix
Step to Reproduce:
1. Go to Login > CBE > Organization Setup > Approval Matrix
2. Enter special characters at the Postcode field.
Current Result:
System is not displaying KWSP under Approval Matrix.
Expected Result:
System should display KWSP under Approval Matrix.
