Description
Issue 1
Change: Include "Back" button at the Confirm page
Step to Reproduce:
1. Go to Login > CBE > Organization Setup > Approval Matrix
2. Click on the "Edit" button.
Current Result:
System only displays "Confirm" button.
Expected Result:
System should display both "Back" and "Confirm" button

Issue 2
Change: Include Result page after clicking "Yes" at the confirmation screen.
Step to Reproduce:
1. Go to Login > CBE > Organization Setup > Charges
2. Click on the "Edit" button.
3. Edit something then click on the "Confirm" button.
4. Click on the "Yes" button.
Current Result:
System only displays a temporary notification upon successful editing. The short notice will only last less than 1 second.
Expected Result:
System should display a full result page and include a "Back" button to go back to the Charges page.

Resolution : Add confirm page to charges. Add back button.
