Description
Change: Disallow editing if user did not tick on the "Company Specific" radio button
Step to Reproduce:
1. Go to Login > CBE > Organization Setup > Charges
2. Click on the "Edit" button.
3. Without enabling the company specific field, Enter "@" at company specific field for Own Account Transfer, Third Party Transfer, Interbank Transfer (Instant Transfer) and Interbank Transfer (IBG).
4. Click on the "Confirm" button and click "Yes"
Current Result:
System allows user to enter characters without clicking on the radio button.
Expected Result:
System should not allow user to enter character into the input field if user did not click on the radio button.
