Description

Summary about the EPF issues:-

CIB
-would not debit immediately after user choose to make personal contribution. Need to wait for the EPF bulk payment cron job to run. Chooi/Kamaruddin ask for immediate debit. Can be done.

CORUS
-Search for EPF bulk payment transaction - exist
-Search for EPF transaction in CIB - depend on CIB IB transaction enquiry module (does not exist at the moment)

BIB
-Change the wording of "EPF Form F" to "EPF Other Payment". Changes in BVMC does not reflect in the page header. probably minor bug in the JSP.
-EPF file format - change the "member wages" field to optional - Done.

EPF Generated file
-FA File format field alignment - looks fine on mine and Norahayu's pc.

Still need to understand more about the "Resend" mechanism of the Credit Advice file.

Jelson talked about the possible scenario where we need to rollback the changes and regenerate the files. Not possible for the current code as there is no "batch date" in the tables. The daily sequences for employer and bank have to be rollback as well. Will keep this in mind in case the user ask for this.

EPF current Issue in UAT reported by KFH

A. New Issue 
1) CIB Open & Registered EPF (Insufficient Fund) 
        - At result page reason is not provided for unsuccessful transaction. - Need to put field reason at the result page to display the message when it is unsuccessful.
2) CIB 
        - To include SI option (Pay Now, Pay Later, and Recurring) into Open and Registered EPF
3) BIB - Other Payment 
        Payment Amount: Does not accept amount with decimal
