Kindly attend below request:-
Customer had set a recurring payment through Agronet to Maybank but there was no deduction on such date for November and then she have to pay RM 146 manually for November 2018.
According to customer the deduction success on 31.10.2018 but for last month (November) was unsuccessful.
Kindly need your team to check on this issue.
