Description
Change: Fix the error message
User ID: penrilmaker3
User Role: IBAM Maker
Step to Reproduce:
1. Go to IBAM Login > CBE > Organization Setup > Search > Edit > Organization Details
2. Edit something and click on the "Next" button.
Current Result:
System is displaying an error message when you try to edit an "Initiator Role" but no issue will occur when you edit an "Approver Role".
Expected Result:
System should not display an error message regardless the user role.

Findings : tokentype return null
Resolution : update null pointer checking on tokentype
Bugs has been fixed and deployed. Kindly retest.
