Please check this issue. There is no information in the password reset mail on how to open the PDF. Instead Chinese/Mandarin letters are populated which cannot be translated as well.

Hi All,

Fixed package had been delivery to RCAS Maybank at 10/1/2019, currently pending deployment to production. Please refer below for the finding and resolution.

Finding : Some receiver email provider not support UTF-16 encoding in email content cause it unable to decode.
Resolution : Disable UTF-16 email content encoding for all region except Vietnam, which required encoding to support duo language in email content.

Fixed package had been migrate to production at 26 Jan 2019.
