Issue
Customer reported that CFO user MYGENBHD10A unable to switch from the MY profile to ID profile.
Analysis
Based on the investigation, it is found out there is exception error while retrieving the SSO token from RCAS respond during the login attempt on 11-JAN-2019 (at 4.01pm and 4.06pm). This exception thrown by the RCMS due to the SSO token responded by RCAS was null as this SSO token is required for the switching process.

Issue related to [SCP ID :##4838##] : RCAS/Production issue after ePin Mailer cutover.
Finding : Missing jar file "rcasws-client.jar" from production migration package at 6/1/2019.
Resolution : Recompile the rcas.ear package, which include all the missing lib in to new fixed package.
