DONE:
- screen flow & services added
- already able to change current user password
NOT DONE:
- fix bugs
- can't lock the user after 3 times
- problem in showing successful/unsuccessful message
- need to add confirmation page? (not mentioned in technical documentation)

Change password done, maybe need to do some testing on 'user lock after 3 times', etc.
