Dear Bella, Below to conclude our yesterday’s conversation: Reported: - Upon Emoney Result Page (Payment), when transaction is non sucessful, middle service will NOT: a. send email, b. return receipt and receiptEN in response message, c. generate receipt on the fly, d. able reprint the receipt via M2U. This behaviour was applied to M2U, RESTful for RMBP, and RESTful for UIUX. Because there is no reason or stated requirement to print receipt when transaction is failed. Except response code 68 (transaction is being processed), it will able to generate receipt due to user requirement. Expected results: - When transaction is failed, UIUX must able to generate receipt. Impact: - It will cause difference on user experience between M2U / RMBP vs UIUX, - User will be able to download the receipt on the UIUX Emoney Result page, but will unable to reprint it from M2U - M2U History Page, - In my personal opinion, it does not make sense if customer asks bank for the recipt when transaction is failed, because there is no money being debited / credited.
