System not display "payment from"
Path : CDB > Payment&Transfer > Payment > New
Current : No "Payment From" details
Expected : Should display "Payment From"
No validation at "Customer IC"
Path : CDB > Payment&Transfer > Payment > New
Step :
1. User insert alphabet at IC customer ic field
Current : System display confirmation screen
Expected : System should display error message
"Customer IC must be at least 12 characters / digits"
