- Fixing the validation and add condition to delete the category and subject. Category can't be delete if there are subject been assigned. Subject also can't be delete if there are user been asigned.
- Fixing the subject maintenance to meet with new table design.

4)CATEGORY DETAILS - category is not in the proper alignment (not center)
- Add back button inside details page.
5)EDIT CATEGORY button - add back button inside confirm edit page
