Replied to customer. Requested the CAS web service program file.
Log files showed user update to CAS is successful. Need to check the code.

Found out why already. When searched by user ID “ETA630214” in CAS again, noticed there are 2 same user IDs.

1. ETA630214 with Organization ID “ETIQA” is no longer available in eCustody. Can check if it was deleted from eCustody previously?

2. ETA630214 with Organization ID “TNSB” – checked mobile no is updated.
