Description

One of KFHOnline user has request TAC, but didn't receive any sms tac on his handphone. MacroKiosk said we transfer wrong handphone no which is '129711578'

Hi So Fun,

After I check, the GUID is correct ‘3aff1e98721647ccb4efaa18a9dff0e1’, however the TAC push by your system to the number is incorrect, it’s been sent to ‘129711578’ instead. It seems your system did not have the 60 included in. Please check this with your team in-charge of TAC deliveries.

I checked at the User handphone no at table IB_UACCESS_CREDENTIAL, the user handphone no saved as ‘*0129711578*’, Which supposedly normal mobile no must have country code at the front ie: 60129711578. So, when Request TAC being made we send to MK the phone no by cutting the country code and send the rest of the no. That's why MK get the handphone no as ‘129711578’.

The question is, how in the table of IB_UACCESS_CREDENTIAL saved the user hanphone no without country code?
And how to figured this issue?

Will asked Chooi whether, branch has maintain the user mobile no manually, by ignoring the country code.

The solution:
Will ask chooi to maintain that user mobile no manually at their side and ask them to put the country code at the front.

Their branch maintain the user mobile no by enable the mobile flag the BVMC.

This is due, the user put the data of their mobile no on the old version of our registration.
