Description

1. System show errors for name field that have already been saved
- Pending clarification
2. Change clear button to Back button at Add Favourite Payee (step 3)
3. System throw "Service is currently unavailable453" at Add Favourite Payee (step 3)

Currently I've updated the favourite maintenance pages from 5 pages (include category and payee , details, confirm and result page) into 3 pages (details, confirm and result page).

Kindly retest the service and update on issue faced (if there is).

Tested and Failed, refer below for bugs found:

1. Clear button not function.
2. Able to add existing Payee with same Corporation Name, Bill Account, Bill Account Holder Name > System display "Success" at Result page > but the added payee does not listed at Payment - Favourite Maintenance Listing
