Can't remote Demosvr from outside

Description
Staff at the side office can't remote Demosvr using 'VNC viewer'.
Try to find out the problem and other alternative way to solve it.
May be using different type of remote.

Now the staff using 'TeamViewer' to remote the Demosvr while the VNC viewer problem solved.

This issue resolved after the VNC reinstalled. Now the staff also can use Teammviewer to remote Demosvr1 from outside.
