Description

Bug: Service is currently unavailable. [596] & [600]

User ID: pensionsu1 & singleuser3
User Role: CDB Single User

Step to Reproduce:
1. Go to CDB Login > Payment & Transfer > Payment > Confirmation
2. Scan QR code and insert Transaction Signing code then click on the "Confirm" button.

Current Result:
System is displaying the an error message "Service is currently unavailable".

Expected Result:
System should not be displaying the error message.

Tested and failed when tested with below scenario:

1. Bug: Display *Service is currently unavailable. [783]

Step to Reproduce:
1. Select BSN/Other Bank at Transfer Type
2. Select Bank Simpanan Nasional at Bank Name
3. Select Transfer From
4. Enter Transfer To
5. Enter Amount
6. Enter Recipient Reference
7. Select Set up as recurring payment at Transaction Mode
8. Select Transfer Frequency
9. Select Start Date
10. Select Termination Date
11. Click Next
12. Scan the QR image
13. Enter the Challenge Response Code
14. Click Confirm

Current Result:
Display Service is currently unavailable. [783]

Expected Result:
Should able to proceed till result
