Description
To compile all server specification before installation.
Work with Dell and Agrobank until resolve.
Also come out with the installation procedures and schedule.

Summary of minutes of meeting with Dell on 7 June 2011.
Venue:- Penril Datability

Minutes:
1. Have to determine how many power socket/phase that DELL server going to use at the production and DRC site. (including power redundancy and current/amps requirement)
2. Agrobank need to be ready with their software licenses, such as:Windows Server 2008 Enterprise
- 2 Licenses for Database server 1 & 2
- 2 Licenses for Development server/UAT
- 1 License for Database Server 1 @ DRC MS SQL Server 2008 : 2 Licenses for Database server
- 2 Licenses for the Database Server 1&2
- 1 License for Database Server @ DRC
3. EqualLogic will do the job for SAN synchronization between HQ and DRC. Non-software
related.
4. SQL server licensing:
It is recommended to user processor based licensing instead of CAL licensing. Reminding that the number of user that is going to access database is around 30K.
Need to have 2 processor based licensing for each server.
5. Networking device to be ready before 10th June.
